We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power BI Developer with an innovative mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere and will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions in a Microsoft BI cloud environment. 

Job description

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights into business data

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all Power BI solutions by implementing data validation and data quality checks

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and develop solutions

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient DAX queries and formulas that follow best practices and industry standards

• Test and debug Power BI solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements

• Document technical specifications, design documents, and other project artifacts

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports

• Strong understanding of data modeling and analysis techniques

• Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and other database technologies

• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, DAX, and Python

• Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft Power Query, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
