Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards

• Debug and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring high quality and reliability of deliverables

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the integrity and performance of the software

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to plan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the software development process

• Assist in the deployment and production support of applications and systems

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem

• Proficiency in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms

• Experience with Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, or Apache Struts

• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)

• Experience with relational databases and SQL

• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions

The position is suitable for candidates with education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
