We are looking for an experienced DevOps Specialist for our prominent customer which provides services in the energy sector. The DevOps Specialist will be responsible for the infrastructure, environment, and monitoring of Integration service and EMS.

Job description

• Responsibility for platform availability

• Ensuring availability includes immediate action on incidents

• Proactivity in ensuring the product remains online and operational

• Responsibility for the stability of pipelines, releases, and efficiency

• Maintaining and adapting scripts for ad hoc data-loading or data-fixing tasks

• Monitoring, creating, and updating the Gitlab server with Gitlab Runner and its pipelines

• Managing of ElasticStack with Filebeat, Heartbeat, Elasticsearch, and Kibana

• Monitoring alerts, creating/tuning their configurations, and initiating relevant discussions

• Raising tickets for observed performance issues or failures

• Ensuring all infrastructure is secure and resilient

Requirements

• Experience with at least 1 public cloud (preferably Google Cloud Platform)

• Experience in managing huge SQL databases (preferably Postgres)

• Experience in setting up and managing pipelines/releases

• Experience with managing Docker images and Kubernetes clusters

• Experience with scripting (Bash / Powershell / Command line)
